I am currently an Assistant at Inspired Growth, where I have the privilege of working with a dynamic team. My primary responsibilities include handling new client onboarding, keeping a vigilant eye on new tax laws, managing technology, providing business coaching, and overseeing firm operations management. I specialize in financial management for small-to-medium-sized businesses, a niche I have honed over my 16 years in the financial services industry.

Throughout my career, I have earned several designations and certifications that have equipped me to serve our clients better. I have been an Enrolled Agent since 2017 and I hold the SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses. I am also a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, with certifications in Desktop, Online Level 1 & 2, Payroll, Enterprise, and Time-Tracking. In 2022, I became a Relay Financial Certified Banking Partner. Additionally, I am a BILL Certified Accountant with A/P & A/R Certification.

One of my greatest joys is seeing individuals accomplish their dreams by saving for retirement, investing in ways that match their values, and considering how they can invest in God's Kingdom through impactful giving. I am passionate about educating clients on best practices to pursue their goals and enjoy learning about new technologies that impact our firm and clients' businesses. I believe the greatest value I can provide is a deep understanding of the intersection of tax law, economics, technology, accounting, and finance, which allows me to set businesses up for success. Over time, I have come to strongly believe in the values of human flourishing based on a biblical worldview. My personal vision is to educate and empower individuals with financial literacy for the Glory of God.

Now residing in the heart of Modesto, CA, I am actively involved in various organizations. I serve on our Church Denomination Website Committee and participate in Christian Aid Ministries' SALT Program. I am also an educator and QuickBooks consultant, Treasurer for Sattler College's Board of Trustees, and a member of several advisory boards, including the ADP Accountant Advisory Board, Intuit ProConnect Customer Tax Council, Intuit Trainer/Writer Network, Avalara Accounting Meta Influencer, SmartVault Customer Advisory Council, and I serve as a judge for the CPA Practice Software Innovation Award.

Outside of work, I love hiking in the mountains, forests, and along the coast of California. I am an avid traveler and have visited Canada twice, the Bahamas, Qatar, Bangladesh, and Haiti ten times. I enjoy reading biographies of missionaries, early American heroes, church history, and world history. Books that offer tips to improve business habits and outcomes are also favorites of mine. Volunteering for organizations that assist those in material and spiritual poverty is a deep passion of mine. I also enjoy hosting gatherings in my home, whether it's a meal after church on Sundays, a youth game night with ping-pong tournaments, or a BBQ dinner on Saturday nights.

I am blessed with a godly upbringing from my parents and our church community. My parents spent a lot of time teaching us the Word of God through morning Bible reading and family devotions each evening. I deeply appreciate the godly heritage that I have and enjoy chatting with my siblings about our shared values and experiences.
